Dr. Lindsay became a Naturopathic Doctor in 2010 and then completed a 2-year Clinical Residency at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Learn more
She works with people to identify and treat the root cause of their health concerns rather than sticking bandaids on symptoms (which sometimes is necessary while we get to that root…). Her main methods of treatment include nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, and acupuncture. She loves educating her patients on their health, blood work, supplements, or anything else health-related that’s important to them. Dr. Lindsay is also trained in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture which can help with lines, wrinkles, and overall skin tone. She likes coffee, physiology, running, and tacos.
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Linda Shih is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) since 2010 with additional training in Full Body and Long Nerve Tract Active Release Technique (ART), Advanced Neuro-Meridian Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, as well as continuing education in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Learn more
Dr. Linda strives to provide a welcoming and individualistic experience for her clients. One of the primary reasons she sought to study and work within the Naturopathic Health field was a love of solving puzzles. She treats both the root cause of disease as well as her clients’ symptoms to give a well rounded, whole body solution.
By offering numerous treatment solutions and laboratory analyses, Dr. Linda blends both research and traditional knowledge to help her clients achieve their best health. Treatments frequently offered include acupuncture, botanical medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations, nutritional supplements, as well as soft tissue manipulation (myofascial release, cupping, massage).
Along with her practice, Dr. Linda works as a Teaching Assistant at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, training in courses including Hydrotherapy, Physiology, Acupuncture, as well as Physical and Sport Medicine. In her spare time she loves to bake, play tennis, travel, as well as spend time with friends.
