Cancellation Policy for Brooklin Village Beauty & Wellness:  We require 24 hours notice for all appointments, and 48 hours notice for spa packages and balayage appointments. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. 

Cancellation Policy for Subtle Enhancements (Nurse Injector services with Arlena & Hilary): Cancellation policy is strictly applied. For cancellations less than 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the following cancellation fees:

• Vitamin B12 injections, Slim Shots, and consultations = $25.00

• All other injectable services = $75.00

• No-show or cancellations within 6 hours = $150.00

• If you are attempting to cancel outside of business hours, you are required to EMAIL your request as it will act as a timestamp for our policy. info@brooklinbeautywellness.com

Children and babies are not permitted to be with you for your spa and/or salon appointment.

A credit card number or gift card number is required for all spa and salon services over $60. The card will not be charged unless an adequate amount of cancellation time is provided.
